This journey of discovering the faith of the Ulster Scot reaches the shores of Scotland and the life of one particular leader who stands as a giant among men; JOHN KNOX.  Of all the first generation Protestant Reformers to hail from the British Isles there is none to be compared with John Knox, as his statue in Geneva alongside Calvin, Beza and Farel testifies.  One of the best known European figures of the 16th Century Knox captured the spirit of the Reformation in Scotland and literally transformed the course of a nation.  In so doing the seeds of faith were planted which would later reach Ireland during the Plantation of Ulster
